Utmost focus on the wines

As in the years prior, the degustation will be held as a ‘silent tasting’. Participants individually request their desired samples in written form and are subsequently presented the wines by the vintners themselves. To ensure utmost concentration, entry will only be permitted at the beginning of the priorly booked slots at either 9am or 2pm. Seats will be assigned.

All leading regions united

From Monday to Wednesday (5th -7th), the Austrian Traditional Wine Estates (ÖTW: Traisental, Kremstal, Kamptal, Wagram, Vienna, Carnuntum) and the Vintners of the Styrian Terroir and Classic Wine estates (STK) will showcase their 2021 single vineyard wines as well as the STK Große Lagen and the late releases of ÖTW.

On Thursday, Sepember 8th, the vintners of Eisenberg and Leithaberg will be serving their predominantly red single vineyard wines from the 2020 vintage and 2019 reserves.

This year will see a new first-time addition of the Wachau region! The vintners of Vinea Wachau will be presenting their 2021 single vineyard wines on Friday, September 9th at Dürnstein Castle.

Registrations will be handled in chronological order. Only once you have received a booking confirmation, your seat will be guaranteed.

Shuttle services from Vienna and Krems to Grafenegg and Dürnstein will be available upon request. Lunch will be included for attendees throughout the event.

As an overnight stay, we recommend the Grafenegg Cottages, which can be booked with the code “ÖTW” for the participants of the Austrian Single Vineyard Summit.
