Bernd Schlacher, the founder of “Motto” and CEO of “Motto Catering” and “Motto am Fluss”, opened a bakery together with bread expert and bread bakery school operator Barbara van Melle and the international star baker Claudio Perrando. In the new artisan bakery, there will be produced only bread and pastries of the highest quality. It was the passion for good bread and for the old traditions of the art of baking that brought three quality-conscious and committed people together for this joint project.
Motto Brot has set itself major goals: On the one hand, awareness of good bread and pastries should be further promoted. On the other hand, Motto Brot wants to revive the tradition of Viennoiserie – the art of sweet baking.
