Gourmet Mission

Martina and Karl Hohenlohe are rightly known as the “Dream Team” of the Austrian gourmet world. At both the professional and private level, the joys of cooking are central elements in the lives of the Hohenlohe family. Martina Hohenlohe releases her cookbooks at regular intervals, and since June 2021 has been publishing her own gourmet magazine, “Martina—Mein Kochsalon,” to well-appointed newsstands. Wine+Partners supports this effort through custom media work to further publicize her works.

Ute is currently responsible for Penfolds, WienWein, Kellerei Tramin, CulturBrauer, Gault&Millau and Mayer am Pfarrplatz.

About Gault&Millau

Martina and Karl Hohenlohe shepherded the Austrian version of the renowned Gault&Millau restaurant guide to life in 2005. The much-anticipated publication of the annual dining guide is a subject of considerable media attention. There is also a range of well-attended support events each year, such as the gourmet fair at the Kurslalon Hübner.
